Overall my experience here was alright and I stayed here for a one year lease. The pool was nice and the gym is a bit small but has enough equipment in it to get a good workout in. The apartment itself was good since it had a remodel though we did have a mice problem at which they sent pest control to take care of and took about two months of setting traps to fix the problem for good. As for management, I personally never had an issue with them though if there is a problem you have to continually stay on top of it which can be annoying if you're a busy student. Two major things they really need to work on are actually matching you up with the right roommates you request based on the info you fill out and the parking. My roommate was basically the opposite of what I requested and parking on weekends is a nightmare because everyone has friends over. This forces you as a paying resident to park under the covered parking or far away from your place since no other spots are available.

Yes la frontera is an imperfect system. There are some issues however understanding is needed. There is a heavy caseload there. If you need help you have to assert yourself and communicate. There is no perfect system anywhere. My one complaint is front desk, they are quick to transfer to a machine than help with any issues. They are not able to address issues due to overwhelming clientelle. I find if you need immediate help, you have to go in yourself. Or call the hotline.

La Frontera (W Grant Rd and W 29th St) has been a good resource for our family for two and a half years. We have a wonderful family therapist and a good case manager who are truly interested in the welfare of our family and advocate for us at school, in their offices, and in our homes.

Great services for my twelve years old daughter. Been going there since she was eight years old in foster care system but finally adopted in 2016. Absolute best services set up for her. Family therapist Liz Clark. Home Case Aide, Family Support Aide, Respite, and case manager. Dr Sehn is a psychiatrist there and is A 1. She has a great job with my daughter medications. Finally after four years she is at the right level. I can't say enough about La Frontera.

I am very happy living at The Ledges at West Campus. The place I have called home for a little over a year is spacious yet cozy. The pool is more than amazing and the location is perfect. The staff is very professional and friendly. If a problem arises they're always willing to go above and beyond. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
